Hurry, mate! You don’t want to miss this once-in- a-lifetime opportunity to stay in Toronto’s most charming and totally unique vacation accommodations. The “Captain’s Quarters” on Crawford Street, just steps from Queen St. W in the desirable Trinity-Bellwoods neighborhood welcomes you “aboard.” Inspired by luxurious yacht interiors, this architectural gem will delight you with its surprising wealth of open space and attention to detail.

The meticulous designer (and your host) labored over the tiniest details, painstakingly recreating by hand the warm wood-paneled interiors of the most luxurious cabin cruisers.

You will almost feel the relaxing swell of the ocean as you nod off to sleep on the sumptuous Queen bed dressed in crisp Pima cotton linens and plump pillows fit for a Captain.

Put your feet up after day-tripping and relax with Netflix or any of the 300 channels available on the flat-screen TV. The fully adjustable sofa converts to a bed perfect for travellers with a toddler or small child. The designer kitchen is a marvel of efficiency with every chef’s desire at reach or stored conveniently in the surprisingly expansive breakfast bar that seats 3 comfortably.

But it is the Captain’s Quarters’ exquisite spa bathroom that is the piece-de- resistance. Its sleek curved walls and masterful use of space can’t accurately be captured in photographs – it must be seen to be believed. The inviting neutral white-on- white palette sets a tranquil setting for a relaxing soak in the oversize tub or cleansing shower under the rain-head feature in the marble walk-in. Heated floors and plush cotton towels and robes are the perfect pampering touches.

You’ll rush to tell your friends about the authentic and unforgettable “below decks” experience you enjoyed at the stately Captain’s Quarters on Crawford.

Other added touches you’ll appreciate include:

* Sleeps 3: The Italian-designed sofa settee folds into a very comfortable single bed.

NOTE: The Captain’s Quarters can be combined with the beautiful 1-BR space above it for a larger group of up to 7, depending on availability.

* Breakfast on us: a gift card for Nadège, one of the area’s best bakeries. (Can also be used for a midday sandwich or their mouth-watering macarons.)

*Walk-in closet with lap-top sized combination safe for your valuables.

* On-site laundry.

* Thick combed-cotton robes and for your use during your stay.

* Flat-screen TV with cable access to over 300 stations.

* Green, 100% biodegradable bath products from a local salon.

* Central heat and air conditioning

* Guests in the Captain’s Quarters have access to the front porch with Muskoka chairs overlooking the front gardens.

* Travelling with small children? Leave all the cumbersome gear behind -- we've got you covered! Just let us know.

Note: The shared backyard provides access to the garage and recycling for tenants.

Great location! Clean and comfortable

Date of Stay:

The location was perfect and close to the downtown Toronto action and attractions, but the comfortable space that we stayed in was so nice we would cook breakfast inside and relax. The bathroom was something we all agreed was a special treat, having heated floors and an excellent shower. It overall was extremely pleasant and it couldn't help but make us fantasize about moving in!

Excellent location, very clean, owner very helpful.

Date of Stay:

We enjoyed our stay. Unit conveniently located near main street. Very easy to take bus into city center. Owner very helpful with useful information. Well equipped, all the basics provided. Nice to have garage option to park car and not worry about it during stay. Unit was spotless.

Really Cozy and Hospitable Owners

Date of Stay:

This was my first air b and b and my time here was well spent. The apartment had all the amenities I needed to function (even more). This is much better than staying at a hotel. After acquiring a weekly metro pass and learning the street I found this apartment to be easily accessible. It's very clean and nothing affected my allergies. I would definitely recommend to my friends

Will come back when visiting Toronto again

Date of Stay:

Perfect location if you want to discover Queen street entertainment area. Rental bikes access around a corner so you can go anywhere in Toronto in no time (its dirt cheap too) Place is spacey for two people. Kitchen well equipped. Nice , clean and quiet place. Really nice bathroom. Finally you need to meet John. Best host ever. Whatever you need you will get :) THX John! We had a blast and wish we stay longer.

We will book this property the next time we visit!

Date of Stay:

The property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. My husband and I both loved the raining shower head in the shower and the nice bathrobes were definitely appreciated. We also thought the bed was very comfortable. Probably the best ting about this property is that it is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of great parks, food and bars. We easily walked everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed Nadège Patisserie which our hosts introduced us to. This bakery had the best croissants and the best coffee that I have ever had and was only a 5 minute walk from the property! We highly recommend this property to others visiting Toronto.

Couldn't have been better!

Date of Stay:

Let me start by saying that I grew up in southern Ontario including Toronto for a spell but had not visited in close to twenty years. I now live in Vancouver but was in Toronto meeting up with an old friend that lives abroad. We wanted a place that was central with lots of restaurants that we could walk to and this home definitely did not disappoint. On our first night we walked the half block up to Queen St and enjoyed a great meal at a local Cuban restaurant and then had cocktails in one of the areas many unique bars. The following day we walked all the way up Queen to the Art Gallery of Ontario stopping for coffee and then lunch along the way. As for the unit itself it is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is outstanding. If you like to have long relaxing soaks in the tub then this place is for you. I should also note that the bathtub is extremely large and has room for two. So to sum it up, this rental couldn't have been better and I so look forward to having a return visit.

I loved everything about this apartment!

John was very nice & helpful. His place is very beautiful and located in the most perfect area in Toronto. I loved everything about this apartment! Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place

Date of Stay:

The suite is very comfortable and the owner extremely accommodating. We enjoyed a lovely complimentary breakfast at a spot close by, slept soundly in the quiet location and felt safe and close to all the action. Rain showerhead was delightful. Will be back for sure!
